Mr.Biman Debnath, is a Commerce Graduate from the University of Poona. He was the Gold medallist in LLB from the Poona University in the year 2002. He is a diploma holder in taxation laws from the University of Poona and presently an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ..

He is the treasurer of the North east Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a regular faculty for the Traning Programmes and study circle meeting conducted by the North East Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He is expert in the fields of corporate laws, secretarial audits. He is practicing since 2003 . Before joining practice he was in the employment and during that period he has gathered his experience in steel sector / cement sector/ food processing sector/investment sector and various other sectors.
